LINE DANCE CLASSES NO LONGER
RUNNING FOR A FEW WEEKS

I will update here once I restart classes.

Hi everyone

I had a fall in July and hurt my knee so I couldn't start a new class as I intended. I’ve been back to the physio today as my knee is still numb and painful inside after my fall. It’s like a sharp stinging/burning pain deep inside if I kneel or twist. It’s ok walking but hurts more when I’ve done a lot that day. The physio has referred me for an MRI to see what is going on now the swelling has gone down. It wouldn’t have been a true picture if it had been done earlier. When I saw him last he said to go back in a few weeks if it still hurts, so I did. He said no dancing until he gets the results, about a 3 week wait for the scan and then a couple of weeks for the results. I will update on here and the website again when I know what is going on. I can’t wait to get dancing again but I have to be patient. ðŸ¥°

New dancers always welcome!

I try and teach dances that everyone will enjoy;

it is a difficult job to please everyone but I do a mixture of easy,
more difficult, old, new and requested dances.
If you tried line dancing before and tried to keep up with all the
latest fastest dances and it wasn't for you, give us a try
as our class is not like that!
We aim to have a good time while keeping active, meeting
new friends and doing dances that we enjoy to great music.
